4. Quotes & Payment

Service quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue balances may be subject to late fees. For project-based work, a deposit may be required before commencement.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure authorized personnel are present during on-site service visits.
  • Back up existing data before any IT support or system upgrade work begins.
  • Provide reasonable access to devices, systems, and networks as needed for support and configuration work.

6. Warranties & Limitations

Yalez Technologies warrants that all support and configuration work will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Hardware and software warranties are subject to the manufacturer's terms. We are not liable for pre-existing infrastructure issues, third-party service failures, or damages resulting from client-provided equipment or services.

7. Intellectual Property

For website development projects, upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables. Yalez Technologies retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yalez Technologies' total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
